Goals of the Association

  • 01. The Fight Against Poverty

    TEKIAD activities to fight poverty and raise the living standards of individuals in need as much as possible:

    1. Providing necessary living and cash needs to low-income and poor house owners.

    2. Improving the nutritional status of poor families by providing food baskets

    3. Working to identify the needs of each region in which the association operates, so that what is provided meets the needs of the intended population and their aspirations without undue reduction or increase.

    4. Rehabilitation of children and young people; and doing this by strengthening their life skills, coping mechanisms, and social responsibility, by participating in empowerment programs (programs created by the Foundation in various fields to educate and rehabilitate the poor people) so that they can identify their tendencies and not succumb to poverty, and for the destitute and other young people, to enable them to engage in occupations or trades that bring them financial income.

    5. To assist qualified individuals with job opportunities after completing their training programs through TEKIAD’s network of relations with other institutions.

  • 02. Raising The Level of Education

    Among the instruments adopted in the association’s policies to help in raising the education level of marginalized groups in various fields according to the needs of the labor market:

    1. Dr. Rami Masroujeh (May Allah have mercy upon him) Working through its fund, provides college tuition fees for destitute students, or provides assistance for their living expenses.

    2. To organize special programs in the fields of technology, programming, and artificial intelligence based on various groups in order to build capacity in the advanced areas of the business market where the future holds promise for them.

    3. Organizing free training courses specialized in various fields according to the needs of business sectors.

    4. Supporting local schools with modern educational tools that will increase their education level and efficiency.

    5. Working to help people with special needs and improve their educational abilities.

  • 03. Increasing Social Solidarity

    TEKIAD Association believes that social solidarity is fundamental to the rebirth of societies with interdependence among individuals in society, which for various reasons leads to improving the lives of others who are less fortunate.

    1. To work on networking and coordination between local and international Turkish community service institutions in order to reach the maximum level of cooperation that allows the development of individuals, to contribute to the creation of job opportunities that will reflect positively on society.

    2. To support entrepreneurship, small projects, and social work by establishing a project development center to develop the skills of marginalized groups and support women’s entry into the labor market.

    3. To contribute to the elimination of the phenomenon of begging by organizing awareness campaigns so that the members of the society do not deal with beggars due to the fact that their needs cannot be verified, and to carry out and follow up social studies for the local beggar group in the region. trying to link them with operational institutions to provide them with alternatives of assistance or job opportunities. It also cooperates with responsible security agencies to track down beggars and assumes the responsibility of helping and rehabilitating them, if any. proven to be worthy of assistance.

    4. Helping people with special needs to integrate into their communities and to develop their skills.

    5. Participating in the organization of first aid and firefighting courses jointly with relevant community organizations and institutions.

    6. Implementation of activities to meet the social, psychological, and vital needs of the elderly

  • 04. Participating in the Fight Against Discrimination and Racism in the Local Community.

    One of TEKIAD’s goals is to strengthen the social spirit to contribute to the resolution of patterns of class discrimination in the local community by following ways:

    1. To assist refugee groups within the community and to secure their basic rights such as treatment, education, and nutrition.

    2. To make alliances and partnerships with non-governmental organizations in order to integrate the less fortunate classes with other classes, to eliminate these differences as much as possible, and to secure their rights without discrimination.
